<h3><strong>JOHNNY CASH – THE OFFICIAL CONCERT EXPERIENCE brings songs and stories from the “Man in Black” to the stage in a way that audiences haven’t seen or heard before. With video of Johnny from episodes of The Johnny Cash TV Show projected on a screen above the stage, a live band and singers will accompany him in perfect sync. This concert experience will showcase iconic performances from the TV show and highlight the spirit of the legend by revisiting some of his memorable words and anecdotes. Cash will perform some of his biggest hits, including “Folsom Prison Blues,” “Ring of Fire,” and “I Walk the Line,” and share stories of people he met along the way whose causes he championed – the working man from all walks of life. Plus, onstage male and female singers will split vocal duties performing their own takes on Cash hits. The music never stops in this concert event!</strong></h3>

<h4>When does the theatre open before the show?</h4>
<p>Unless otherwise noted, lobby doors will open one hour prior to the performance and the auditorium doors will open 30 minutes prior to each performance. Please arrive 45 minutes prior to the start of the performance to allow time for bag inspection and security check.</p>
<h4>Is late seating allowed?</h4>
<p>Late seating policies vary show-to-show. When allowed, latecomers will be seated at the discretion of management at an appropriate moment during the show. Guests will be notified ahead of time if late seating is not permitted for any performance.</p>
<h4>Can I leave the theatre and return during the performance?</h4>
<p>Guests entering the building must have their ticket with them at all times. Re-entry to the performance is at the discretion of each show and may be subject to holding times and/or refusal. Please check with an usher before leaving the performance.</p>

<p>Guests are required to comply with bag searching and security. Luggage and large bags will not be permitted. There is no location to check bags in the venue. Bags larger than standard backpack size of 22” x 14” x 9” will not be permitted into the venue. Outside food and beverage, including leftovers and restaurant to-go bags, is not permitted. If food is required due to a medical condition, please see a staff member for accommodations.</p>

<p>There are women’s rooms are located on the Orchestra level, Dress Circle, and Balcony. Men’s rooms are located on the Lower level, Dress Circle, and Balcony. There is a fully accessible Family/Gender Neutral restroom, complete with changing table accommodations, located on the Orchestra level. Emerson Colonial Theatre's policy is that all guests can use whatever restroom they are most comfortable using.</p>

<div>There are 4 full-service bars throughout the Emerson Colonial Theater, offering everything from local specialty brews to Frosé from Provence. We hope that our signature snacks and unique beverage selection will pleasantly surprise you. You will find two bars on the ground floor as well as one on the second and third floors, for those seated in the Mezzanine or Balcony.</div>

<div>Entrance into the Ambassador Lounge includes a dedicated bar service, complimentary coat and bag check, private restroom facilities and access to a private staircase to get you right to your seat. Produced in collaboration with the Estate of Johnny Cash, this multi-media celebration is like nothing you’ve seen before. Using state-of-the-art technology, Johnny Cash’s rich and iconic baritone has been lifted from archival concert footage and recordings, enabling the “Man in Black” to perform his biggest hits – “I Walk the Line,” “Ring of Fire” – with a live band again! In addition to never-before-seen footage and on-screen narration by Cash’s only son, John Carter Cash, male and female vocalists will share vocal duties to perform even more Cash hits, as well as tunes by artists of the time including The Statler Brothers, Carl Perkins and June Carter Cash.
