The Emerson Colonial Theatre is turning 125! 

The Colonial Theatre opened its doors on December 20, 1900 with a lavish production of Ben-Hur. Ever since, the Colonial has been a staple of the arts community in Boston. As a home for pre-Broadway productions, and now music, comedy, and more, we have are honored to be Boston's longest continuously operated theater.
